The Gift of Mindfulness offers a range of courses around Dublin in a few different venues. The courses range from Introduction Evenings, Mindful Sundays, 6 week courses in Mindfulness, and also Self-Compassion Training. We only accept small groups into our courses, as we believe that this is the best way for the attendees to gain the most out of the time that we spend together. We then can tailor each training to the needs of the people who attend rather than adhering to a manualised approach. The Gift of Mindfulness is all about sharing the learning and experiences of those interested in the integration of mindfulness and compassion training into their everyday lives, making them natural resources that we can trust in and grow continuously, even in the midst of life’s challenges.
